Yes. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden conditions.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes another 3 to 7 working days, so most parcels arrive within 4 to 9 working days. As soon as your order is on its way you receive a tracking link by email.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

No. Our prices include VAT and any import charges, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. Nothing extra is collected on delivery.

The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. 2 items save 10%, 3 items 15%, 4 items 20%, 5 items 25% and 6 or more 30%. Mix any styles and sizes.

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to return unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Trying them on at home is fine. Just email us at info@mydailywardrobe.com and we guide you through it.

No. Once your return is approved we email you a prepaid return label and the return address, so sending it back costs you nothing. There is no restocking fee either.

Once your return is received and approved, we refund your original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow 5 to 10 working days for it to show in your account.

Our boots use UK sizes, so order your usual UK size. Between sizes or wearing thick socks in winter? Take the larger size. The size guide on every product page shows UK, EU and US sizes side by side.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is encrypted and handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

First check your tracking link for the latest update. If it has been more than 9 working days and your parcel still has not arrived, email us at info@mydailywardrobe.com and we look into it straight away.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We sort it out with a replacement, a refund or store credit, whatever fits best.

You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that it has usually gone to the warehouse and we can no longer stop it, but you can still return it under our 60-day policy once it arrives.
